Yes. Membership to the INK Network is complimentary and by approval. To preserve the integrity of the community as a trusted space for open discussion, membership is limited to verified airline professionals working in onboard and inflight retail roles.
The INK Network is exclusively for airline professionals responsible for onboard and inflight retail. It is designed as a confidential, non-commercial environment where peers can share challenges, exchange ideas, and discuss solutions openly with others who truly understand the realities of the role.
We collaborate with a limited number of sponsors whose support helps make INK Talks possible. Sponsorship does not include access to the member community. If your organization is interested, please contact us to request sponsorship information.
No. The community is intentionally not commercially led. Suppliers, brands, agencies, and technology partners are not members in order to maintain a safe, unbiased space for airline professionals. Organizations may support the community through sponsorship of INK Talks, but do not participate in member discussions.
INK members may choose to share their contact information with other members through the network. Access to member details is strictly permission-based and only available where explicit consent has been given.
The INK Network does not request or store confidential, commercially sensitive, or NDA-protected information. The purpose of the community is to facilitate knowledge-sharing, professional support, and constructive dialogue, not to exchange competitive intelligence.
