INK is a non-profit, collaborative knowledge-sharing community operating within the travel retail industry and related sectors. INK exists solely to facilitate the exchange of ideas, experiences, and insights between its members.
INK does not provide professional, legal, financial, or commercial advice, and does not act as a consultancy, advisory body, or decision-making authority.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a member, accessing INK platforms, or participating in any INK-related activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Continued use of INK constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.
Purpose of the Community
The purpose of INK is to:
- Enable collaborative knowledge sharing
- Foster open discussion and exchange of ideas
- Provide a neutral platform for industry dialogue
INK does not:
- Provide recommendations or endorsements
- Direct or influence commercial decisions
- Guarantee outcomes based on shared information
No Advice and No Reliance
All content shared within INK, including but not limited to discussions, documents, events, and communications, is provided for informational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable EU law, INK disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

All participation in INK is at the user’s own risk.
Member Responsibility
Members participate in INK in their individual capacity.
Members:
- Do not represent INK in any official capacity

Members agree not to present INK content as official advice or guidance.
Third-Party Access and Use
Any third party accessing or receiving information originating from INK does so at their own risk. INK accepts no responsibility for how such information is used, interpreted, or applied outside the community.
Intellectual Property
Members retain ownership of any content they contribute.
By sharing content within INK, members grant INK a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the community for its intended purpose.
Confidentiality and Sensitive Information
Members are responsible for ensuring that any information they share does not breach confidentiality obligations or disclose proprietary or sensitive business information.
INK is not liable for any confidentiality breaches resulting from member actions.
Code of Conduct and Moderation
INK reserves the right to moderate content and interactions within the community.
INK may remove content, suspend, or terminate membership where:
- Terms are breached
- Behaviour is deemed inappropriate
- There is legal or reputational risk to the community
Termination of Membership
INK reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any member at its discretion.
Members may also terminate their participation at any time.
